A gratitude letter for my kids…
Lucas, Olivia and Camila, thank you for being a part of my life. I am so honored to be your mother and not a day goes by that I do not thank the Universe for having you three in my life. Thank you for loving me for who I am and for always being there for me. Thank you for always bringing a smile to my face. The three of you are the most precious gifts life has given me. I learn so much from you guys and I become a better person each day because of you.
I always wanted to have kids and then I had each one of you. In my ignorance in the beginning, I thought you belonged to me. Now, as I grow wiser and more conscious, I know you came through me. You came into my life so we could learn from each other. I am here to guide you to have the best life you can have yet, I am the one learning how to live from you guys. I learn from you how to enjoy each moment, how to be present, how to not hold grudges and how to love unconditionally. I am beyond grateful that you have been with me through the darkest moments of my life. Had it not been for you guys, I do not think I would be here today. I have been through depression, anxiety, panic, attacks, homelessness, lack of money, job and so much more, and you never gave up on me. All you wanted was my presence. How powerful and humbling that was. Your smiles and your love has made me fight and keep moving forward.
Thank you for teaching me the meaning of love. Thank you for trusting and believing in me. More importantly, thank you for always encouraging me to be my authentic self and for loving me for it. Thank you for showing me every day what it means to live in the present moment. Thank you for always noticing when I am happy or sad. Your support and your love means the world to me. You are my world. I am beyond grateful.
