Dear Patu,
Thank you for being such a special friend. When I met you back in 2013, I was going through a divorce and dealing with so much. Little did I know you would become one of the most important people in my life. Thank you for being so generous, patient, wise, kind and simply spectacular. I do not think the English dictionary has enough adjectives to describe how incredible you are. I am beyond grateful for having met you and to call you my dear friend.
Thank you for helping me through all my ups and downs. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you the most. Thank you for becoming family to me and my kids. We love you deeply and we are extremely grateful for all you have done for us. Thank you for always welcoming us in your house with open arms. Thanks for always being up to meet, talk, and have fun. I have never met anyone as generous as you. You always know what to say and you always know how to lead me in the right path. I have no idea where I would be today had it not been for your friendship and partnership. You have been my rock, my best friend and my sister.
Thank you for taking care of my kids when I need help. Thanks for treating them like family and for loving them like you do. Thank you for your energy and your willingness to do what needs to be done. I have learned so much from you. With you I have learned how to be a better friend. You are always on. Always ready to help. Always ready to give good advice. Always ready to listen. Thank you so much for being in my life.ย
