Simone , RYT 500 brings years of experience in deep inner work to let go of old patterns, chronic pain and subconscious rewiring through movement, meditation and conscious connected breath work. This retreat is aimed at washing away old, accumulated patterns that create energetic blockages to cleanse the palate and to create a fresh new energy as much in the subtle energetic body as in the gross physical body. You can look at it as an internal summer cleanse.
Simone, RYT 500, blends different yogic practices into a fluid and meditative practice. Simone uses holistic coaching techniques, yogic wisdom and the power of conscious connected breathwork to guide through transformative journeys. She believes in the capacity of self-healing and loves to bring in elements of nature to support the process.
WHO CAN ATTEND
Anyone who needs a mental health break, a connection with their true self and wants to work on their inner self. An interest or passion for yoga is great but not necessary. Everyone is welcome. It would suit people who are fairly well and have an awareness of their health and well-being.
LOCATION
Amorgos, Greece
Amorgos is one of those places that you’ve probably never heard of, but will instantly be intrigued to visit once you hear about it. Amorgos is a tiny island in the Cyclades Greek island group with only about 2000 residents. It measures only 48 square miles, but it seems as if every square inch is packed with outstanding beauty.
The most famous sight in Amorgos is the magnificent monastery wedged into a huge precipice, at a 300-meter altitude from sea level, called the Monastery of Hozoviotissa, which became the trademark of Amorgos. The island is also famous for its wonderful beaches & fine sand, surrounded by huge cliffs. It is also ideal for trekking since it has impressive wild geography.

(1) Superior Amorgian double: 1 king bed that can only be used as a double (it doesn’t split into twins), so these rooms can be used either on single or on double occupancy by a couple sharing the same bed

(1) Superior Amorgian quadruple: 1 king bed (only used as double) and 2 single beds. As per above, this room can be used by three people (two sleep in the single beds and 1 in the double) or by four people (one couple shares the double bed and two people sleep in the single beds).

CANCELLATION POLICY
- The €450 deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- If instructor cancels retreat, all investment becomes fully refundable

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By submitting the first payment, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Cool N Chic.
